Via iPhone and Android apps, users can select a specific business, choose an employee at the business and rate the service with a thumbs up or a thumbs down.

With Tello?s mobile apps, people can even specify employee names and provide specific feedback on an individual.

Today, Tello is also launching Tello for Business, a new service that helps businesses of any size improve by enabling instant feedback via customers? mobile devices. Tello for Business allows businesses to be immediately notified of feedback and can respond instantly to acknowledge praise or resolve issues in real-time. The basic version of Tello for Business is free to businesses with up to three locations, while the premium version is $99 per location per month, and adds the ability for businesses to respond both publicly and privately to the ratings.

Motorola may have hit a rough patch, but it?s emerging with new devices and possibly the guidance of its new parent company, Google. The Droid 4 is one of Motorola?s latest devices to hit the market, wowing with its medium size, full QWERTY keyboard, 4G support and stellar battery life. HTC?s ramping up its ICS efforts as well, with plans for an early access preview of Android 4.0 on its Sensation line of smartphones.

Motorola Droid 4

Motorola?s hit several strong points with the latest Droid 4, including a sleek slide-out QWERTY keyboard that will convert any BlackBerry user. At $199 with a two-year contract, this new smartphone features a 4-inch, 960x540 LCD panel. The five-row rubber keypad is one of the best, with a well-spaced layout and backlit keys. The Droid 4 comes with support for Verizon?s 4G LTE network. The battery life is also notable, though the battery itself isn?t removable. The biggest downside for the Droid 4 at this time is its lack of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2

Samsung?s slipped a few details about its latest tablet, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0). It?s the ICS successor to the original Galaxy Tab model, which has faced several obstacles in gaining an ICS upgrade. The 7-inch 1024x600 PLS LCD display is accompanied by a 1GHz dual-core processer and 1GB of RAM. The Galaxy Tab 2 will also come with Wi-Fi and a 3-megapixel rear-facing camera. While there?s several perks to the Galaxy Tab 2, there?s also some signs that this is an entry-level device compared to Samsung?s other well-fitted tablets. The main camera, for example, is fixed-focus and lacks an LED flash. The VGA resolution is also not as popular as the 1.2-megapixel or above we?re accustomed to seeing, and at 10.5mm thick, it?s also not the thinnest in the market.

HTC ICS previews for Sensation and Sensation XE

Hoping to regain some lost market share with an Ice Cream Sandwich front-runner, HTC is putting out an early access preview of its Android 4.0 upgrades on the Sensation line. The HTC Sensation and Sensation XE, both in Europe, will gain early access to ICS, combined with HTC?s proprietary Sense interface, suggesting there will be some important changes to HTC?s skin in this build. "Ghost Rider 2" poised to ignite lackluster franchise (Reuters)

LOS ANGELES (TheWrap.com) ? If you believe the eye-popping tracking numbers, Sony and Marvel are sitting on an unlikely hit and kickstarting a franchise with "Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance."

Ninety-one percent of men younger than 25 say they are aware of the movie, which opens on 3,000 screens on Friday. Those are strong numbers for any film, but remarkable for a sequel that took in $228 million globally in 2007 and drew scorn from many critics.

And "Spirit of Vengeance" cost an estimated $75 million to make, compared to the original film's $110 million price tag.

So how did Marvel and Sony revive the franchise for a potentially lucrative encore?

They utilized a mix of finely tuned traditional advertising and hyper-aggressive social media marketing. And they brought in the directing team of Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor, who have major fanboy cred.

The duo crafted the film to appeal to their young male target and they fueled early interest in the film with a special presentation at last year' Comic-Con.

But perhaps most important, they learned from their mistakes.

"They've taken the parts of the first film that everybody liked -- and nobody liked the first film -- and built this film around it," said a rival studio executive.

The executive pointed out that the marketing campaign has used star Nicolas Cage in a carefully measured fashion.

While Cage has heavily promoted the film in Europe and appeared on last week's "Saturday Night Live," he plays a secondary role to the film's effects and imagery in U.S. TV commercials. "Nick Cage is barely in them," the exec said.

Despite the strong advance tracking, Sony declined to talk about the marketing and is tamping down expectations.

The studio estimates the movie will open to somewhere in the low $30 million range over the four-day Presidents Day weekend, although other box office observers predict it will bring in around $35 million.

That's still less than the first installment of the franchise, which opened to $45.4 million over the same weekend five years ago, but a good enough start given the film's lower cost and the potential for a more leggy run.

Producer Ashok Amritraj's Hyde Park Entertainment co-financed the movie and is distributing the movie internationally. He admits the first film "wasn't quite as hot as we made it," but he's bullish on the new film.

"It's been a while since the first one," he told TheWrap, "and at this point domestically and internationally, it's tracking pretty well.

He's also been impressed with the marketing campaign run by Sony and Marvel, which includes traditional tactics and all of the social networking.

"The good thing with that is it's so interactive, you get a lot of feedback," he said.

Amritraj said that's especially important for "Ghost Rider," given that "our core audience tends to spend a lot of time on a lot of these sites."

He noted that visual effects have come a long way since the first "Ghost Rider." "The second thing is the 3D, which was non-existent in those days," he said.

Amritraj also gave credit to directors Neveldine and Taylor -- well-known for being budget-conscious -- for making a movie that he is convinced will resonate with younger viewers.

"They gave it a sort of energy that is very different than the first one," Amritraj said. "And I think they were the perfect choice because they have a lot of fanboys out there."

The movie stars Cage as Johnny Blaze and Ghost Rider, a stunt motorcycle driver who has sold his soul to the devil.

In "Spirit of Vengeance," Blaze learns that the devil has fathered a boy and plans to take over the child's body, so Blaze protects the boy. Idris Elba co-stars.

Another rival marketing executive told TheWrap that the campaign for "Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance" makes the movie look a whole lot like a videogame -- ideal for the demographic.

That's also due in part to the frenetic style of Neveldine and Taylor. The very hands-on directors of "Crank: High Voltage" and "Gamer" directed the movie "maniacally," Amritraj said.

To film one scene, for instance, Neveldine held a camera -- and a motorcycle going about 35 miles per hour at the same time. Then he let go, turned around and got the shot.

Amritraj also recalled watching the filming of scene in which a stuntman jumps off a cliff --"a very steep cliff" -- and one of the directors jumps off as well. He filmed the falling stuntman who was pumping bullets into a car as he plummeted.

"That was really the director," Amritraj told TheWrap, "not a second unit director or a stuntman, but really one of the guys.

"It was hair-raising stuff," he said.

Now it's a matter of waiting to see whether "Spirit of Vengeance" will raise a moribund franchise from the dead.

NJ trooper's daughter dies in school bus crash

CHESTERFIELD, N.J. - A school bus carrying elementary school children collided Thursday with a dump truck, killing a student who is the daughter of a state trooper and injuring several other children, authorities said.

The accident occurred at about 8:30 a.m. at a four-way intersection in the town of Chesterfield, south of Trenton.

A parent who came to pick up her bruised children said there were a number of injuries and that many of the injured students were hospitalized.

State police at the scene confirmed the death of the child and identified her as the daughter of a trooper, though no official announcement was immediately made. At least three medical helicopters were called to the scene, reported NBCPhiladelphia.com.

School district officials also did not immediately provide any details. A police news conference was planned.

A boy being taken from the scene by his mother said, "This big truck just came and slammed right into us." His mother did not want his name used.

The boy said the crash left some of his fellow students with bloody faces.

Students on the bus said they were wearing their seatbelts.?

Gov. Chris Christie issued a statement saying his "thoughts and prayers are with everyone involved." He planned to comment further after more information was released on the accident.

If I haven?t extolled the artistic talent and sheer brilliance of my sister Freda, and how incredibly blessed I am to have her working with me day in and day out, please let me do so now. At the risk of sounding over-the-top, she is simply the most creative individual I know. Case in point: Mardi Gras.

If you?ve ever been to Mardi Gras in New Orleans, you know there is no other energy like it in the world (except possible Carnival, but I?ve never been to Brazil, so I can?t really speak to that). Mardi Gras is an explosion of color, sound, culture, food, and drink. It?s an amazing week-long party with parades, outrageous costumes, and my personal favorite: specialty giveaways. Most people know about the beads that are tossed from floats and balconies all over town, but did you know people also give away doubloons, coconuts, and shoes? Yes, shoes! I?m not talking little plastic Barbie shoes, I?m talking the most amazing, hand-embellished shoes you ever did see. Each shoe is a work of art!

We are lucky enough to be involved with the process of making these shoes for a beloved client, and thought we would pass on the tradition for your next Mardi Gras event.

Personally, I think these shoes go way beyond the status of ?craft,? and into the realm of high art, but they would make a great activity at any glitzy, glamour-filled event. Basically all you need are some fun shoes (high heels are always great, but boots, wedges, sandals, even flip flops or baby shoes can work). The main ingredients for making Mardi Gras shoes are glitter, glue, and fun.

The shoes can be found in any discount shoe place (such as Payless), but for variety, I like to hit the thrift stores. The great thing about thrift stores such as Goodwill and the Salvation Army is that you?ll get an unbelievable variety of shoes to choose from, and all the money goes to a good cause. I always think it?s much more fun to have tons of different shoes, as opposed to one repeated style. You know what they say: ?variety is the spice of life...? or in this case, the ?variety is the glitter base for these amazing shoes!?

I must warn you that this is a messy craft, and your workspace may just end up looking like Tinkerbell and her friends went to war. But if you cover your floors and workspace with plastic or tarps, it shouldn?t be too bad. Still, it may truly test the suction power of your Dyson vacuum cleaner! I also have to warn you that glitter is contagious. My sister calls it the herpes of all craft supplies. You will unintentionally pass it on to your friends and family. Like the norovirus that is shutting down schools here in San Francisco, it?s merciless. You?ll find it in your bedsheets, your laundry, your pores... Yes, gross but true -- my sister has actually had glitter-filled zits! I won?t go there...

Anyway, if I haven?t frightened you off, you are going to have the time of your life!

2. Modge Podge (my sister has tried every type of glue out there, and this is the best)

3. Sponge-tipped paintbrushes (cheap ones are fine, just make sure you have plenty as they do tend to disintegrate with usage)

4. Standard glitter (you?ll need a good sized jar, 4 oz. at least) Don?t get the expensive, ultra-fine glitter, you want the regular type. (As many colors as you can find!)

5. Hot glue gun and glue sticks (stock up on the sticks!)

6. Cardboard box (like a shirt /gift box, with a smooth bottom and no folded flaps) -- 1 per glitter color

7. An assortment of embellishments: trims, laces, puffballs, old toys, bows, old Christmas ornaments, things you find under the seat cushions of your couch, etc.

8. Scissors

9. Plastic tarps to cover your working area

How-to:

You will want to make these shoes over the course of 2 or 3 days. The first day or two will be the preparation days, meaning, getting the shoe base ready for embellishment. The following day will be spent in a glue-gunning frenzy.

Day 1: Prep your area/prep the shoes

Make sure to cover your work area with plastic, tarps, etc. Trust me on this one.

1. Take your shoes and give them a gentle cleaning so they are dust and dirt free.

2. Using your sponge brush, liberally apply Modge Podge to one area of the shoe at a time (you may want to start with the insole, or possibly the toe portion of the shoe).

3. Hold your Modge Podged shoe over your shirt box and liberally shake on one color of glitter. You will only want to work with one color at a time, letting that color dry before adding another color. In this way, you can actually make patterns with your glitter.

4. Make sure that your glitter adheres to all of the Modge Podge. Don?t leave any white spots. If need be, place your shoe on a piece of newspaper, and pour the glitter contents of the shirt box back into the glitter container. Repeat step 3 until the shoe is completely covered.

5. Set your shoe aside to dry.

6. When the shoe is dry, repeat step numbers 2 & 3 on different areas of the shoe. Keep repeating these steps until the entire shoe is covered in glitter. This is your base shoe.

7. Let your base completely dry (may take 24 hours).

Day Two: Decorating the shoes

8. Now, go to town! Using your glue gun, add whatever kind of crazy embellishments that you can gather. Don?t be shy; the crazier and wackier the shoe, the better it is!

9. That?s it! Now display your shoes for the world to see.

As I mentioned above, I think this would be an amazing craft for a party, event, or fundraiser. The host would need to prep the shoes ahead of time, but once the base is done, then the real fun can begin. Invite your friends over for an evening that is bound to create memories. Just like a quilting bee, this is the kind of craft that engages lots of people at the same time and invokes that wonderful feeling of sharing. I can almost guarantee that if you get a group of friends together around the table decorating these shoes, the stories will fly (just like those glitter-bombing fairies)!

I hope you, like me, can appreciate the utter genius behind each shoe, and although these boots may not be made for walkin?, they certainly (as the Cajuns say) laissez les bon temps rouler (let the good times roll)!

Deciding what to name your new business can be a bit challenging.? You may find that the name you want is already taken or that the domain for your name is not available.? The most important thing to remember is that the business name you select will become your brand and you want a branding and reputation that will be remembered and point to your business.

Gender-bending model pushes limits of the runway (AP)

NEW YORK ? On a chilly winter afternoon, Andrej Pejic settles into a Manhattan cafe with a cup of Earl Grey tea, sitting gracefully, long legs crossed. The blue-eyed fashion model gazes out a window, unaware that almost every man sitting at surrounding tables is transfixed.

A man in a black leather jacket walks up to the window, presses his face against the glass and kisses it. Pejic giggles and admits: "I find it flattering."

The admirers are likely unaware that the beautiful blonde is actually a man.

As Fashion Week gets under way in New York City, Pejic is one of the most recognizable ? and controversial ? faces in the industry. He's the only top-tier fashion model who can walk down the runway as either a man or a woman. And his androgynous beauty has turned him into a trendsetter in an industry that's always seeking to push the envelope.

"He's just this beautiful thing that everyone wants a piece of," says stylist Kyle Anderson, who dressed Pejic for a German magazine cover.

He has the kind of face that makes even the vainest woman jealous: high cheekbones, flawless skin and plump, shapely lips. When he speaks, his ever-so-slight Adam's apple is the first sign of his masculinity.

Though Pejic isn't trying to be a woman, many in the transgender community have already claimed him as their own. He is seen as a bit of a maverick, someone who has embraced his sexuality without any need for explanation or justification. Last year, the gay and lesbian magazine Out named him "stylemaker of the year" and put him on its cover wearing a bridal veil and flowers in his hair.

Pejic graced the covers of 14 magazines last year alone, including an ad campaign for a Dutch pushup bra. In 2011, he was the face for a fashion line by designer Marc Jacobs. He has walked the runways for heavyweight designers, including John Galliano and Jean Paul Gaultier.

French designer Gaultier was so enamored of Pejic that he used his gender-bending look as a source of inspiration for his 2011 men's and women's wear shows, both of which Pejic modeled in. In the Gaultier men's show, a pistol-packing, bare-chested Pejic wore a sleek black suit as "James Blonde."

That was in stark contrast with the women's show, where Gaultier crowned Pejic with the prized piece in the women's wear collection: a couture bride's dress.

French photographer Sebastien Micke, who has photographed transgender models, says Pejic's femininity is effortless.

"Andrej's got this thing that supermodels have ? how to pose in front of the camera," Micke says. "It's just natural."

But life hasn't always been so easy or glamorous for the 20-year-old. Born in Bosnia, Pejic spent much of his childhood living in a Serbian refugee camp before his family fled the country for Australia. He was discovered by a talent scout while working at a McDonald's as a teenager.

From an early age, Pejic exhibited qualities thought of as traditionally feminine, for instance, preferring Barbie dolls over toy cars. As a teenager, he often hung out with girls and was once busted for stealing makeup from a drugstore. Pejic says acceptance from his friends and family made him comfortable in his own skin.

"I'm lucky in that sense," he says. "If I had big muscles and were hairy with a beard, I might not be comfortable with that."

At 6-feet-1, he's rail-thin, a women's size 2 or 4. His shoe size is the most problematic. Technically a women's size 11, he's forced to squeeze his feet into a size 10 to walk in women's shows.

Gene Hogan, a representative at DNA models, the agency representing Pejic in the U.S., says dozens of calls pour in every week touting a slew of hot new androgynous models: "They say, `Oh, you've got to see this guy! He's the black Andrej Pejic!'"

For Pejic, every fashion season brings a new surge of headlines and opportunities, including talks of a fragrance line or a possible reality TV show. With New York Fashion Week ? when designers debut their fall collections ? beginning Thursday, it's unclear which shows he will walk in ? if any at all.

With the frenzy of media attention over the past year, industry insiders say Pejic runs the risk of overexposure. Given his very niche look, Pejic's ability to stay relevant may become difficult. And as his star rises, it's possible designers could hesitate to book him, fearing his persona may overshadow the clothes.

Pejic is all too aware of the fickle nature of the fashion business. He plans to attend college eventually, having deferred his acceptance to a university in Australia. If fashion doesn't work out, he'd like to go back to school and major in economics or law.

Although open to discussing almost anything, Pejic remains secretive about his sexual orientation. When asked whether he prefers men or women, he coyly smiles.

"Love has no boundaries," he says.
