Attorney Overview
Mr. Lemmons is the founding attorney of Lord Bertram Law Corporation. He began his legal career as an associate with Jackson Lewis, LLP, practicing class action defense litigation in employment law. Deciding to follow his interests in popular culture, the arts, and entertainment, he founded Lord Bertram in San Francisco.
Over the past few years, he has grown the practice to include an impressive list of accomplished music artists and producers, writers, fashion designers, and small corporations. Mr. Lemmons has represented clients with literary rights agreements, in film rights negotiations, and music industry related contract negotiations.
A Bay Area Native, Mr. Lemmons was an A Better Chance Scholar and attended The Cate School in Carpinteria, California. He went on to obtain his undergraduate degree in history from Columbia University in New York City, where he was a Kluge Scholar.
Mr. Lemmons received his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law where he was selected as a member of the National Trial Team, served on Moot Court, and volunteered at the George and Katherine Alexander Community Law Center.
