Suffolk Coast Sailing has recently launched a new ?Team Dynamics & Leadership Through Sailing? programme in conjunction with Kaizen Consultancy, a management training company with extensive experience in team building and leadership development.

Many yacht charter companies offer team building programmes, but few combine professionally led tutorials on team and leadership skills. These are then put into practice crewing a sailing yacht with a skipper who formerly worked in a senior management role with a major multi-national company.

Sailing is a powerful catalyst for team building and bonding. It provides tangible opportunities for teams to operate in a close-knit ebvironment, experiencing real-life situations where goals are shared and outcomes matter.
